We kindly invite you to participate in a series of surveys designed to gather insights from stakeholders in the marine and offshore industry. These surveys are part of the broader Test@Sea initiative and focus on 3 areas:

Please note that the deadline to complete the surveys is November 13th, 2024. We encourage you to share your valuable insights before this date to ensure your feedback is included in the project.

Your input matters

Your expertise is crucial to ensuring that the test facility we design is fit for purpose and fully supports the evolving requirements of the industry. By participating, you will play a key role in helping us determine the dimensions, infrastructure, and services necessary for successful testing in each of these 3 areas:

  •  Material Testing at Sea
Understand industry requirements for testing textiles, metals, batteries, and other materials in marine environments. Your responses will help us design appropriate infrastructure to support these tests, considering size, weight, and environmental challenges.

  • Energy Conversion at Sea
Capture your insights on testing technologies that convert wind, solar, or other energy sources into electricity. We aim to design a test facility that meets your needs, from containerized testing systems (incl. storage) to handling complex energy solutions.

  • Drone Testing at Sea
Provide feedback on unmanned surface vehicles, underwater drones, and aerial drones. Your input will guide the development of platforms for launching, recovering, and maintaining drones, as well as communication and power requirements.
