The chairman and the board of Blue Cluster have the pleasure to invite all members of Blue Cluster to our annual general meeting. The programme is as follows:

2. Determination of quorum and composition of the board
3. Report of the previous meeting
4. Operational report for 2024
5. Annual accounts for 2024
6. Report of the auditor on the accounts for 2024
7. Discharge of directors
8. Vision, strategic priorities and operational plan for 2025-2028
9. Presentation and approval of the budget for 2025
10. Appointment of auditor for the period 2025-2027
11. Amendment of the articles of association
12. Adjustment of the membership structure
13. Dismissal and appointment of directors
14. Any other business

At the end of the meeting, you can catch up with the otjher participants while enjoying a bite and a drink.

Side program

We also invite all participants in the Annual General Meeting to visit Ostend at Anchor and the Blue Innovation Village prior to the meeting. 

• Only premium, strategic and standard members of Blue Cluster have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting (one vote each);
• If you have received an invitation but are unable to attend, please send a colleague;
• If no one from your company can attend, we kindly request that you let us know and grant a proxy to another voting member;
• Exploratory members can attend the meeting, but do not have voting rights;
• If the number of registrations exceeds the capacity of the venue, voting members have priority.
